LGOG have known issues with SD card?

I am wondering if the LGOG has known issues with external storage? My microSD just failed. However, the card is over two years old and memory can certainly fail.

I only switched to this phone in May and had that card in my Inspire for over two years without issue so I just want some reassurance. Thanks!

I haven't had an issue. I'm using the SD card that came with the phone. Actually, i don't even know what kind it is lol. Anyone know?
