lights on navigation buttons..google smart lock

i wantd to turn those lights on...you know, so the two buttons besides the main screen button will light up.

also..what is google smart lock, and how to i disable?

Is this on the Tab S 10.5 that you mentioned in your other posts? Are you saying that you want the lights on all the time, or are they not turning on ever?
