Lines in display

I just got my watch today love it but i noticed that the screen has one clearly visable line of what look like darker pixles and in a pic i noticed several other lines i just was wondering if this is common in oled or should i exchange it I have never had an oled display before so i dont know if this is common its only really visable on white and light grey screens it seem to show it very clearly would post pic but dont have enough points
