Lines on LCD screen

Just bought the LG Optimus G pro.

Just curious if anyone notices the LCD lines that show fairly easily when looking at the screen at a slight angle especially if the background is black. I know it's the panels in the lcd or whatever but is it supposed to show that easily?

Does this mean it's a replacement screen or something?

Apparently it is "brand new" according to the seller on ebay...

Welcome to the forums. You shouldn't see lines easily on a new screen. I would say the screen is defective, or the device is not new.

thanks for your reply. with the screen off i can see grid lines very very easily.

That doesn't sound right. I would start talking to either LG or the seller.
