Flashed this this morning and so far so good. Haven't tried switching to the 3d launcher since I like the snapiness of the 2.1 launcher. From what I can tell this rom does have the newest leak installed, but its been stripped out of another rom, not a clean ruu. It also works w/ imo's 3.5.0 kernel if you wipe cache and dalvik. Ill be switching between this and zeus as my daily drivers.
PS: you have to admit Seth, I kind of beat you to it on this one

I havent even had time to flash it yet... lots of school work and regular work, docts appt, and work all day tomorrow.. plus I am very happy on the ROM i am running and I love reading through all this stuff

Should the right icon on the rosie bar (correct term?) be configurable? Currently opens up personalize settings. Would rather it opens up browser. Anyway to do that? They had it in 2.1 remix, was that a mod? Sorry for my ignorance .

I need to apologize for not Flashing this yet... i just havent had the time yet... I want to be able to completely put it through its paces... I will try and do it tommorrow. I will be of much more help if i can actually see what I am talking about :\

fyi. Tweetcaster pro didn't come back on the market as purchased, or as even available after i updated to the new version. I had to re-install it from Titanium and it has worked just fine.

Flashed, set up in 3d before even started (didn't want to lose my settings), all apps in place. NANDROID done... I will have the next few days to see what the deal is... 3 fc's so far, nothing serious though... I added all my apps from TiBu and after a restart they are all in the market(where they should be)

How is everyone else liking it...

ONE MAJOR GRIPE... i cant configure the right rose button... i even DL'd rosie settings from the market, didn't work.... oh well...

after 1 hr with this ROM, i would say its typical sense bamf...3d gingervitis hybrid-like.?...BUT at least NAV and GPS are working. and I am using the MR2.5 radio (its working better than the new radio for me)

Battery life will be the deal breaker for me!!!

Another complaint I have is the news widget causes sense to crash. Can anyone else duplicate this?

I was able to duplicate this issue. I typically don't use many widgets, but as soon as I selected the HTC News widget to be added Sense crashed.

I flashed this ROM last night, and so far it's working pretty well for me. Battery life seems to be the same as Das BAMF RC 4.9, so in other words, not quite AOSP. Nav and GPS both locked on nice and quick. Haven't had any force closes (except when testing out the News widget issue above), but the Facebook app seems to be running sluggish. Re-installed that app, probably not a ROM issue but I'll keep an eye out for the same behavior in other apps.

All in all, I'm liking it so far, and I'll probably run it through the weekend to see how I dig it.

I am actually suprised at this ROM. I have not flashed any kernels, and almost no lag at all... I am running as I would the same way I run any ROM... battery life could be better but seeing as how I have 3d running and the weather lockscreen and HTC sense clock/weather widget with 6 other widgets too... I am starting to appreciate sense alittle bit more now ( I think). everything just works, like it should... I don't have to flash any patches or special work arounds. this is my thoughts after 24 hrs with this...

Great typical BAMF ROM, but I have two nagging isues that are making me go back to 4.9...

• Wifi constantly asking me which network when I click an app. I know I can turn off wifi, but didnt have to before.
• Main Issue: When receiving calls, I sometimes get "End Call" as my only choice. Has happened twice already this morning. Same issue with Gingeritis 3D.

yea the "End Call" thing has happened to me quite a few times already too, but minus that i love this rom so i can deal with that for now... The battery that i am getting with this is GREAT... i had 1hr and 40 mins of voice calls and 1hr 46 mins of display time in this screenshot... oh and it was mostly on wifi, but i did leave my house a few times throughout the day in which it was running on 3g

has anyone had the problem of texts being "sent" but not recieved by the other person? it happened to me often with Bamf sense 3.0 Rc 4.9 and it caused my to switch roms. If no one is having this problem with this rom then id gladly flash it

Battery life seems to be the same as Das BAMF RC 4.9, so in other words, not quite AOSP.

I need to revise this ... starting off with a full charge this morning, I was at 50% battery after 4 hours of typical usage. This is a pretty big difference compared to BAMF 4.9, and it's something that could hold this back from being a daily driver if it continues to be an issue.

I think it may be related to the HTC News Widget ... once I had added it to confirm the force close, it was a SOB to move and get rid of.

FYI flashing the rc4 mod will give u a working 3rd button rosie changer. Only works on 3d though

I am at 46% battery with 9 hrs in. Screen is only 50% so not a heavy day. Also locked to 3g most of the day. I was impressed that last night I left it at 48% and on wifi and when I woke up it was 45% battery.

Overall it is really smooth.

I found an interesting bug on my weather widget ... anyone seeing something similar? It shows every day on the forecast is Sunday.

(Which wouldn't be bad if it were true.)

I just checked and mine is looking normal. showing everyday as it should...

My only real complaint about this rom is that sometimes I cant pick up the phone when someone is calling, it only gives me the option to END CALL, and I also cant send picture messages.. so far everything else looks like it is operational
