This kernel, with smartass gov., overclock to 1267 and I'm getting the best battery performance to date. Nothing to shout from the heavens about, but it's better.

does visual voicemail not work with cm7? sorry if this has been answered a ton of times and I know google voice will be the option to transfer to i just cant get it to get past the checking acct status for vvm. Thanks in advance guys.

What kind of numbers are you seeing so far?

I usually check my battery stats a couple times a day and what I've seen on a constant basis was when my display on time was around 1h 15min I'd have around 10-15% of battery left. The cell standby didn't seem to really matter, it could be at 4 hours or at 14 hours, the one that really determined my battery usage was my display on time. Also I keep my brightness display on the low side, 30-40%, and I'm always on 4g.

So yesterday I flashed the kernel and it "seemed" like I was going a little longer on battery. I fully charge over night, so today I've been using phone like normal and I'm at 1h 15min display on time, 7h 30min standby and I have 35% battery remaining. Also my brightness has been 100% the past two days. This is just what I'm seeing, but I feel I'm getting a little better battery life, and with this phone a little is better than none right

Yeah,... I was notified via twitter at about 12:15 that is was coming online at 12:20, but i was in bed... so I posted a new thread this morning...

and remember, you don't necessarily need to do a full wipe from 1.3 to 1.4, but if any problems arise then you should do a full wipe. also, nandroid first
