Link2sd Symlinking and Flashing New ROM problems

i've never encountered this problem before:

Im on Backside and i flash Jerry's new build. After my OV boots up , i noticed that my previous theme has been replaced with the theme from the build and also i have a fourth of my apps missing. I tried to re-install those missing apps with Titanium Backup but some of them refuse to reinstall. After a while trying to fight with problem i decided to restore my OV to the state it was in prior to the flashing of the ROM.

Those apps that are missing are symlinked through Link2sd.

Go to link2sd and in the more tab go to recreate mount script. Select your ext. and reboot
