Linking Contacts

I flashed cyanogenmod 7 and since it doesn't have the HTC contacts sync is there a way to link facebook contacts on stock Gingerbread.

install the facebook app from the market and then go to
menu> settings> accounts & sync> add account> add your facebook credentials

Yeah usually dont have to do all that. when you install the facebook app it ask if you want to sync all your facebook contacts and you just select sync all new and old facebook contacts

yeah, i should have said that if you install the fb app you just go into settings, i just install the fb app and do it the way i said because i never use the fb app. i just like syncing my contacts.
