Littel green android

[Android Central Question]

I have a green android icon under my connected apps and devices in Google settings app. If I touch it another one appears. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy J1.
My accounts were all hacked. I mean every account I have. So I thought maybe someone or some app has taped into my phone, I did just a littel research and all I could come up with was Google home device setup. Which I do not have any of that. I don't know if I should delay it or what.
Could someone have my phone connected to there google home device?

yes, Im desperate to know what they are and other unwanted strange things like "installer"

Read the answer to your other post. And in order to understand everything that could be done to, and with, your phone by someone else, you'd need about 4-5 years of software experience, it's not like "here's a list of things".
