I have a hard time believing they pushed it out to 100K customers and no one on this forum received it! Maybe this isnt the pre-eminent forum for Android devices after all!
Amen to that. I'm as political as the next guy (maybe more so), but I really don't like to see it in every forum I visit! While the original comment was probably meant as a joke, someone could carry it way too far and get their knickers in a twist.

Wow, I just called verizon and the customer service rep that answered did not know what OTA was!! Pitiful. She was telling that is something that is done calling customer services and I needed to sign a service agreement. What a joke!
Some of them are just there for no reason and know nothing. Last time this chick that was suppose to be a tech was googling things to help me. How do I know? well she was telling me let me google what you are saying and see what other people are saying. I was like WTF. Then she told me to call HTC about why my phone was dropping 4g. I just hung up and never called again.

Direct customers to the support site which will provide details on when the update will be available??? As of now, there is no date on that page at all. What a circus!
Verizon techs were so busy reading the bin laden news that they forgot to issue the command for the OTA!
Its funny that it says direct them to support site on to when it will be available. Just to give the customer a run in circles. What a piece of garbage. I mean how stupid do they have to be to announce it is being pushed and the next day we find out they decided to delay. Why is verizon the worst when it comes to updates. Droid X gingerbread update has been delayed like three times already lol. Way to go Verizon.
The love/hate relationship I have with this phone is slowly tilting towards hate.

Probably the most significant issue addressed for the majority of people is the 3G/4G signal problems. This is hugely important.
