Live Pictures Wallpaper?

I upgraded to the Note 4 a while back from the S3. The S3 had the best live wallpaper. It used my own photos in a cool background slide show. Is there and way to get this on the Note 4? Why did Samsung not include this wallpaper? Craziness!
