Location Consent won't stick -BAMF Sense 3 RC 4.9

Upgraded to Bamf Sense 3.0 RC 4.9. Everything is good, have new radio/etc. I have 4G


The odd thing is that after a period of time it forgets location consent. I have to keep turning it back on. . It is annoying.

This is till happening - seems to run for a while, then eventually turn off. It prompts me to accept location consent?
