Location settings problem pls help

Hi all,

I am unable to turn on my location after buying this new Samsung s6 edge phone.
When I go to Settings > Privacy and Safety > Location
I can't turn that switch to on its just permanently off, and Location Method & Improved Accuracy is listed under that but that is also greyed out

Tried everything I have no idea what else to try. Has anyone else had this problem??? Pls help meeee
