Lock Screen Double Tap notifications

Hiya

I like having notifications on my lock screen, however it's not very secure when anyone can double tap the icon and get into my phone.

How can I have the icon but not the double tap function to open the relevant app?

Put security on your phone.

I do have security, finger print and pin

When you double tap an icon it requires a lock screen security option to see it. Do you not set up some type of lock screen security?

Mine just automatically does it. Are you by chance using smart lock keeping it unlocked by location or a device?

This is interesting. My fitbit is a trusted device under smart lock, how do i turn all that off as there does not seem to be an global on/off?

Okay, i have removed my fitbit as a trusted device and that fixes it, HOWEVER, does that mean when i remove trusted devices they will not auto connect when the bluetooth is available?
