Just upgraded a couple days ago and can't seem to figure a couple simple things out.
Firstly, I have a 2 min screen timeout and a 2 min timeout before my phone re-locks by itself. However, I've noticed that sometimes it will ask for my pin again much sooner than 2 min after using my phone. Perhaps putting it in my pocket is causing it to auto-lock? Sometimes it's less than a min after using it. I have iris, pin and fingerprint enabled.
Lastly, on the S8 I've noticed that when I receive any notification it will display it on the AOD and then an icon on the lock screen as well. When I bring down the notification shade it will say for example "new email" but the contents will be hidden until I unlock it again.
Can this be changed or is this the new default?
