Phone: Cubot Note S (hey, can we get a profile option of Cubot, or at least 'generic Chinaphone'?) running stock launcher and 5.1.

Ok, big one here is that as of this morn I realized that the time on my lock screen is wrong. Not sure when this happened, but I'm fairly certain that it'd been showing the time accurate until this morn or a very short while ago. The lock screen is showing exactly one hour later than the system time, almost as if its in a different time zone or has different DST settings, but I can't way to set it specifically.

Additional glitches:
Lock screen always says 'Emergency Call' at the bottom, regardless of connection quality, all though calls and messages work fine
MMS messages won't download, Messenger (from Google) simply says 'Couldn't download'

Thanks ahead of time, that's everything that's wrong so far, although a better camera software would be nice.

For time, go to "Settings>Date, Time, & Weather" And see if your automatic time zone is selected. If it is, turn it off and manually set one.

For emergency calls, that may be an accessibility option in case you get in trouble, someone can still make an emergency call from your phone. I doubt that's a glitch.

And for the MMS glitch, try something like Hangouts to see if the problem persists. You have cellular settings hidden in your phone in addition to the settings in your phone menu. There are also secret codes you can type in on the phone to dig through a whole list of settings and such. You can google for those!
