Locked out (Black screen) with Tasker and Secure Settings

I tried to set up Tasker to disable the lock screen and had trouble so tried Secure Settings with it. I worked for a couple minutes but now all I see is the notification bar and a black screen. How do I fix this?

Can you uninstall the app(s)? Settings>apps

I rebooted and it came up ok.
I think I used the wrong setting (lock device) rather than pattern lock...
