So today has been a disaster. I had to flash my phone back to froyo and then update to gingerbread and then rooted it. Everything was fine, I reinstalled using my backup root and titanium backup root. I noticed my screen password was not reenableed so I went to location and secruity and reenabled it. I did change the password slightly from what it prior to the flash. I tried it and it worked fine.
Now I shut off the phone and restarted it and now it's telling me I have "incorrectly drawn your unlock password x times." I'm positive I entered it correctly, I tried the previous one and none are working. For the record I'm using a numeric 4 digit number and not the slide pattern. There is a grey triangle with an exclamation point in the top left corner as well as the Lookout logo.
Any ideas? I'd REALLY rather not go thru resetting this thing AGAIN.
I did a search and I see some people mentioning entering in your google information. But I'm not seeing any type of prompt that would allow me to do that on the phone. It just locks up the phone for 30 seconds after 5 incorrect password inputs.
