Logging in to update software?

Ok so I just got my 10.1 Tab the other day. Everything is fine on it, its awesome! But I noticed that for software updates you have to sign into your Samsung account, which I have one from there website. So I do that and it does nothing, I keep getting a processing error. So then I try to create a new one with the same email address and it says "an account for that email already exists" Then I try to sign up with a totally different email address and then I get the processing error again. Anyone else running into this problem?? Thanks
 
I had a similar experience, not sure what do? I've seen this issue come up before.
 
I have gotten this error also. I also got a "wrong password" error. I had to exchange my tab, due to another issue. Both the old one and new one give me the same errors. Others have also posted similiar errors. Others also post they have no issues. Not sure what the problem is. Sounds like something on Samsung's side. Don't know why they would require you to log in to get a update though.
 
Mine didn't give an error, it simply said no update is available.

I just got mine today. I had this exact problem earlier and got freaked out because i read about it on newegg. I powered off and went out to dinner. When i got back and turned it on, i tried again and it worked, but said no updates available. My guess is just a crappy authentication server.
