logicom s1024 android 4.1.1 "no playstore app"

I have just bought the logicom s1024 but I cannot download play store or any of the Google services! I only have L store & when I try to download googleplay etc it just says I have no compatible devices. Also no adobe flash so cannot even access the Logicom website as that needs flash!
