I had the keyboard paired and working just fine, but had to send my God in for warranty repair. I received another one back and it pairs with other devices, but not the keyboard. I turn on the keyboard, press the pairing button and the blue light blinks three or four times before it stops and isn't paired. Does anyone have any ideas of how to resolve this issue?

Is Bluetooth enabled on the tablet? Shouldn't have to press any pairing button. It should sync automatically. Also if all else fails try the reset button on the side of the keyboard.

Did you also forget the previously paired keyboard on the tablet? Then try pairing again.

Blue tooth is on, can pair the track pad to the GPN. The keyboard will blink blue like it is pairing about 4 times then stops. The GPN never sees it in the scan for Bluetooth devices, but pick up everything else. I pressed the blue pair button on the keyboard and it did the same thing. I fully charged the keyboard and still nothing. Not sure about the the rest button unless it is the pairing button. I think this expensive keyboard may be a paperweight and if it is, I will never buy another logitech drive ever.

Have you already tried doing a factory reset of the tablet?

Damnit this just happened to me after I did a factory reset and now I can't pair it :( looking for another SLIM keyboard to replace this thing.

The first update to Lollipop kept Logitech keyboards from working. Samsung eventually released another update that corrected that. Be sure that when they repaired your tablet they didn't return it with the bad version of Lollipop. Your keyboard is probably fine and no Logitech problem but samsung.

And did you take note of the suggestion in Post no 3 (and 5) above from B Diddy above?

Not likely an android OS because when u press the pair button it should keep flashing blue until it pairs. When i now press the pair button on the keyboard it does NOTHING.

Check you build number, the last 3 characters, it should be OH2. The OF4 doesn't work with bluetooth keyboard.

Not a software issue for me. As stated in the user manual when you press the pairing bluetooth button on the keyboard it should make it go into fast blinking indicating discoverablity mine doens't do anything.

Grimgrak, did you verify your build as stated in post #11? Just saying it's not an OS problem really doesn't tell us your build version.

OK then you have other issues. Could the keyboard battery be dead? Have you charged it to see if that may be the problem. If that fails, I would try to contact Logitech and see if they can help. Also if it's a new keyboard, your keyboard warranty should cover any repairs.

No it's more than a year old out of warranty and the battery is fine as when I turn it on the leds still link 3 times and when I press a key it blinks 5 times, just not the pairing key which has no effect what so ever.

Do you have any other android devices with blu-tooth to test pairing the keyboard against, or a friend's?

Yes my k-480 keyboard from logitech is working just fine but not the SNP case keyboard.

What about testing the SNP case keyboard with another phone or tablet (if you don't own another, perhaps a friend's) to eliminate or confirm that the keyboard is definitely faulty?
