Lollipop problems Samsung S4, can I get some help fixing them?

Lollipop problems Samsung S4

Since installing lollipop my s4 ringtone volume constantly resets to lower than I need it so I miss calls. The only way I can get it to announce who is calling is to use hands free which means it will be on speaker phone. The interface is not as good as kit kat.
