Lollipop update failing on S5

I have a NON-rooted Verizon S5 and I've tried about 10 times to install the lollipop update with no luck. It tries for about 30-45 seconds, then gives an error screen and reboots.

Error msg says "SAM_SMG900V_Update_G900VVRU1ANK7_G900VVRU1BOA8 Result: Update failed, 402

Any ideas?
