So here's the 411 on Lollipop...

Its poison. DO NOT UPGRADE. You will DOWNGRADE your ENTIRE Android device experience--every aspect -- everything. Its a COMPLETE DISASTER.

ALMOST NOTHING is where you expect it to be.

Its like learning all over again how to use the phone. And that's just the beginning.
I have been on tech support today for almost 8.5 hours, and I am still NOWHERE in resolving the issues. I am now faced with doing a hard re-set back to factory standards, and reloading all my data, and setting up email accounts...

And Droid calls this an upgrade?

DON'T DO IT.
YOU WILL SORELY REGRET IT.

OLD SAYING: If it works, don't fix it.

First of all: CALM DOWN. Second, what specific problems are you experiencing on your Note 3? The Lollipop upgrade for me (and many people) has been amazing for my Note 3. Nothing like you describe. We will be happy to help you if you are willing to tell us more details.

Edit: Also, "Droid" is a series of Android phones exclusive to Verizon. Android is the operating system.

Id just like to say that my Note 3 on TMO is completely stock and lollipop has made my device better.
I have better battery life and overall the device feels snappier.
Prior to the update i was using my HTC One M8 as my daily driver phone. When the M8 got lollipop it went down hill.
So for ME HTC didnt do a good job and Samsung did do a good job.

Hard reset it, its not that big of a deal. First world Problems. :)

I am also in the camp of those who wish I hadn't installed. My main problem is that I work in a large factory with thick walls where I lose my mobile signal. After prolonged lack of coverage the phone will not reconnect when I leave work, regardless of how long I wait or how good the signal is. To clarify this is just the voice signal, as 3G/4G data reconnects just fine. (Verz, stock) The only thing I can do at this point is restart the phone. Airplane mode recycling, etc does not work. I have tried a factory wipe and pulling out the sim card to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated as not only is it a nuisance, but sometimes I forget to restart and then miss calls/messages. Thank you!

I am on the side that likes it. Everything seems to be better. It's a bit faster then before the update. I also like the color scheme.
