Looking for CWM Recovery for S3 SGH-1747M Rogers

Hi

I have rooted my device. I have been searching and cant seem to find quite the correct version of ClockWork Mod Recovery for my Galaxy S3 on Rogers (SGH-1747M)
I am trying to be careful because I keep reading that installing the wrong version can end up bricking the phone.
So can anyone tell me how/where to get the right file?

Doesn't rom manager allow you to download the latest cmw straight from the app?

It does, but when it asks you to specify the model of your phone the closest match is the Galaxy S2. There is no Galaxy S3 listed.

look for the S3 SGH-1747 AT&T, that's the one you need.

ok so I went to clockworkmod.com and downloaded the 5 mb file which seems to be for AT&T: recovery-clockwork-6.0.1.2-d2att.img
So how do I install it?

Yes, I know about ROM manager already, but as I mentioned earlier, ROM Manager does not provide CWM for the S3
so if anyone can help me get this IMG file onto my Rogers S3 that would be great.
