looking for music player that I can stream music from my computer

[AC Question]

I have a lot of music on my dasktop pc and want to listen to it in difetent rooms of my house. Since my computer is in the den I don't want to keep moving it the living room where my seriously system is. I can plug my note 3 onto my stereo but I can not access the music on my computer any suggestions
