Looking for reliable recovery

Im currently using :

Xionia_CWMA_12518.4_VM_Recovery.zip

I have flashed a few roms and tested a few out. Doesn't make me an expert of course, but I know what to do when flashing a new rom ....wiping everything and so on. ..therefor I no longer get that butterfly feeling in my stomach like oh I hope I don't brick my phone. With that said ... I want to use a recovery that will work with the latest BACKside rom. Step by step please and a link if possible. Thank u.
Any suggestions?

BobZhome's IHO recovery from the IHO wiki recovery binary page (in the middle of the page under Alternatives) is the recommended recovery for new-screen OV's with IHO. Blarf's original IHO recovery from the wiki page is recommended for older OV's.
The wiki is linked in the first thread of the Inferior Human Organs ROM thread in this forum.
if you have a hard time with adb or terminal, get 'flash image gui' from the market or XDA to install the recovery .img file. there's a link to flash image gui in the blackscreen thread first post.
