Looking to automatically shutdown Nexus 7 (2012)

I use the tablet to listen to mp3 books on Overdrive and app from the library. I would like to have it shutdown or sleep after an hour or so. Otherwise if I fall asleep, I would have to hunt over hours of the book for the place to continue listening.

It looks like the iOS version of Overdrive has a sleep timer, but not the Android version. You could try using Sleep Timer.
