Looking to retrieve the HTC Clock Widget for my Moto X?

We recently updated our phones and got the Moto X as replacements, but we're looking to get the official HTC Clock widget from the old Evo before we turn it in. Is there a way to access the internal storage that is so heavily blocked off with any software on the computer?
