Looks like Bixby is a No-Show on April 21

Bixby bill be delayed until end of May(ash).

On the upside, the ability to re-map the Bixby button to Google Assistant is now even more useful.

Edit: Looks like this is limited to only the voice-activated parts of Bixby, not all parts!?

Wow. This is sort of a let down for me. I was looking forward to putting it through the paces. If this is true, I hope they use the time to update it. Some of the reviewers out their are already saying that the Bixby photo is not always working.
