loses signal than phone dies

As soon as i plug out my phone from the charger it loses signal and the immediately dies or reboot having than 0%, if i have no wifi network or mobile network data my phone lasts a few minutes, I bought a new battery about twee weeks ago so that is definitely not the problem, and also wiped my phone twice now stil doesnt reasolve anything

Welcome to Android Central! Sounds like some other hardware problem, like the motherboard. Bring it to a repair shop.

Did you get a good quality battery? Do you know anyone else with a Note 4 that you could possibly swap batteries out with them and see if a battery that works in theirs fails in yours?

If that doesn't work, then I'd take it to a repair shop as B. Diddy suggests.
