Lost data connection LITERALLY !!

Hey .. please i need help :/ i reset my phone 2days ago, when the rest has finished i opened it redownloaded photos and music from my computer .. everything was fine until i wanted to connect to download apps again but it refuses to open anything literally
i have no access to the app store or any kind of internet website :'(
and when i try to connect a message shows up "can't establish a reliable connection to the surver. this could be temporary preblem or your android device may not be provisioned for data servivces.."
Please i need help asap

Welcome.

Well, it could indeed be a temporary server error. But have you tried a Power Off and Restart? Also toggling Airplane Mode on and off and Mobile Data off and on? Also, reseating your SIM, and making sure that your APN Settings are still good?

Check your time and date setting if your out of date it will not connect to ssl and https sites
