Lost mobile data connection after software upgrade

I have a Pantech VEGA phone from South Korea (model IM-A870L). It has Android version 4.4.2. I use Straight Talk as my mobile carrier. Yesterday I performed a software upgrade and lost mobile data connectivity. WiFi still works as well as calling & texting.
