What baseband version should I have on vanilla ics? I have CDMA_N_05.11.01P and i cant get a 4g connection anywhere. No idea how this happened i havent tried to root or mess with anything like that.

Any help greatly appreciated

Mine looks the same. I'll type out the whole thing just in case.
CDMA_N_05.11.01PLTEDC_U-09.11.00

In settings, look in 'More' below the Data Usage. Then Mobile Data/Network Mode. Are you on CDMA/LTE or Global?

There are two radio's in any CDMA/LTE Verizon phone... that is the correct first one, but the other is LTEDC_U_09.11.00

Mine does'nt say anything after the P. I'm on lte/cdma in the settings you described.
I've done a factory restore twice and it keeps loading the same baseband. 4g worked when I bought the phone and after the upgade to ICS. :'(

No I'm not rooted and have never tried. The only thing i can think of that ive used is the thunderbolt lte on off app from the store.

This is strange. I would just recommend that you download Matts utility 1.8 and use the option to flash stock ics build 211. It's option 1. You don't need to be rooted, just your phone in and follow the on screen instructions. It will basically reinstall ics and that includes all of the radios and everything. You shouldn't lose any data, just pay attention to the computer screen because when it's done it will say press any key to wipe data, or exit program. So just close it out to save your data.
