Lost the side bar somehow....

Could use some help. Im not sure what I did but Ive managed to lose that side bar that sits on the side of the screen and I'm note sure how to get it back. Im using the Nova launcher but it was there before and now its gone. Anyone know how to get it back?



Ah if you hold down the back button, the sidebar comes back.

yep, long press the back key to get it to go away or to come back....

Did you check to see the multi - screen support is on in the task bar settings? It also won't appear sometimes when in an app that doesn't support it.

It's a combination of all three suggestions. Hehehe. Make sure that "Multi-Window" is active (you can check the option in the notification bar) and when it's active, long-pressing on the Back button will either show the bar or hide it. Note that even though you're using two apps side-by-side, you can still hide the multi-window sidebar and continue to work in two windows. Also, you can select if the bar appears on the left or on the right of the screen to suit your preference.
