lots of issues, need help

My wife found a decently priced S5 and bought it for me to replace my current phone. It an SM-G900F, it came in today and I tossed in my SIM then fired it up. Now I'm stumped. It's not connecting to my data network at all, only shows options for 2G and 3 not 4G or LTE, the weather widget is in Celsius and no option to change it. The settings menu has maybe half the settings options I've seen on other S5 models.

I don't know your location, but the S5 SM-900F is manufactured for EUROPE. Possibly why she got it at a "good" price. Bob is your uncle, but GOOGLE is your friend.
