Low Sound on Earpiece and Different Earphones

[Android Central Question]

Hello, I have a quite complex problem with my samsung Note 8, when i make calls by only phone my earpiece speaker has very quite volume but problem is not only that. Strangely when i use my JBL headset either with jack or bluetooth sound is in normal levels but when i use another jack in headphone it is very low you cant even hear it. The same headphone with low sound is working with my PC with normal sound levels. Appreciate your help. Thanks.

Make sure your earpiece is clean , try using compressed air or toothbrush, and for the 2nd with headphone and Bluetooth the sounds low?

Welcome to Android Central! What are the exact brands and model name/numbers of the headphones that work and don't work? Some headphones that are specifically made for iOS don't work well in Android devices.
