Low Storage Space

[AC Question]

I have a T mobile concord walmart family phone. I am experianceing an annoying problem. My low storage space sign keeps coming on and I have adjusted things many times. I've deleted many things and this sign keeps coming on. I've taken almost everything off my phone and when i try to download something my phone won't allow me to. How do I fix this problem?
