Lux Auto Brightness

Hi, just wondering if anyone uses this application? I've installed it, but for some reason when I'm outside the screen doesn't adjust properly. Just stays dark. I was considering trying the factory brightness setting. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I use Velis Auto Brightness on a Note 3, but I understand that the Note 4's own internal auto brightness system gives you about 150% of maximum in direct sunlight (which no app will unless it's written only for the Note 4).

This is amazing to see it in action! I tried it today and couldn't believe it. Colors get a bit washed but everything is visible in intense direct sun.
