Why isn't it already installed? How long does it take to install? I have tried and is it really frozen molasses? Taking forever

That is what I expected. But when I went to TOOL, Magic Eraser - it offered it as an about 400k download. Same with the Zoom tool to its left. But this morning, Magic Eraser is there as is the Zoom/Enhance tool to its left.
