Re: Mail Order or In Store Purchase?
Most times it's just about how practical it is to just go online, click a few boxes, enter your info, and voilá! New phone, straight to your front door. Also, online retailers usually have more promotions and offers that bring the retail price down, and if you live in a state that doesn't collect online sales taxes, you save on that as well. Other times, you just can't find the device you want in a store near you (or there's just no store near you at all) and you are forced to get it online if you really want it.
But in my case, even if I order online, I NEED to use the device first. See if it really fits me or if it's just Internet Infatuation. So I'll still try to go to a store, try it out, and then decide where to buy if it turns out to be a device I want to buy.
