I don't have Dropbox but I want to send files using email. The program does not allow me select files other than photos, to send via email. I'm using the mailbox program.

That was one thing that annoyed me as well. I originally downloaded ES File Explorer. After many clicks through I was able to select the files I wanted to attach.

I am now using Blue Mail for my emails. It is so much easier to attach files than the stock email app.

Yes, you can! You can do it via a web browser on the GMail page with the steps I mentioned, or via the GMail app. If you choose to go with the app, tap the menu button on the top left (the three horizontal lines) and from the drop down menu for the account, select ADD ACCOUNT. There, select GOOGLE. Next you'll be prompted if you want to set up an existing or a new account; just select NEW and you'll be creating a new one.

I have just 1 email, mailbox. New email is going into the archive folder, bypassing the inbox. What's up.

Is there a way to send group emails without individually entering each recipient's name in the Outbox. Thanks

Yes, just create the group in contacts. Then select the group when composing your email.

The group is created in Contact. How do I send group email to the entire group.

Are you using the stock mail app? As you're creating the email click to the right of the word "to" where there is a picture of a person's head, and then select the group.

I'm using the stock Contacts but there is no picture of a persons head. Any other suggestions?

It's in the stock email app. Click the pencil icon to compose a new email. Then on the same line where it says to, the little icon of a person's head is on the right.

No. That app doesn't support group send I guess. Maybe try the stock app.

Sounds in mailbox missing

The sound notification in MAILBOX, (my email account), doesn't work. All other sound notifications work. The settings are correct. All other sound notifications work properly. How do I fix the problem.

I did that. I have the settings correct. All other voice notifications work properly. All the sound notifications work except MAILBOX.

These are the instructions sent by customer support.

(Could you try force stopping Mailbox by going to your device's Settings > Apps > Mailbox > Force stop, then relaunching the app to see if that fixes the issue?

If your troubles persist, please try toggling notifications off and back on by opening Mailbox and going to Settings > Notifications.)

Mailbox notification is muted.

The sound notification in MAILBOX is muted, regardless of the setting. All other notifications work in all apps. How do I fix it. Thanks.
