Major Exchange ActiveSync Problem

I don't know if anyone else experienced this problem... I also don't know if it's my phone (HTC EVO 4G) or Microsoft Exchange, but a strange thing keeps happening. I have three (3) e-mail addresses listed for some of my contacts. On my most frequently used contacts, the third e-mail address (E-mail 3) keeps disappearing. I do know that it's not the fault of Microsoft Outlook. It's definitely either the phone or Exchange. Any thoughts?
