Hi all,

Is there a way to make the android music player to start playing music as soon as I plug the headphones in. It gets annoying to always have to open the app when I plug the headphones in or after I answer a call after taking the headphones out.

Thanks.

It might be an app limitation. I have PowerAmp and it starts playing as soon as the headphones are in.

Good point. If it is an app limitation, is there a way to change the internal coding so the music starts as soon as headphones are plugged in?

PS. Can someone fix the typos in the heading of this thread? Thanks.

No. But, you can probably use an app like Tasker to auto start the music player once the headphones are plugged in.

Fixed.

That sucks that I can't alter the coding of apps on my device. I thought there was a way to do that.
