make the whole back of the phone shiny

we've heard constand complaints about the two-tone look of the back of the phone. people have talked about painting or covering the glossy top of the phone. we've also seen this thread at xda where the guy sanded the top part of the phone to match the matte bottom..

but check out what this guy did. instead of sanding the glossy part, he sanded the matte part to reveal the aluminum. it made the entire back of the phone shiny. it also now has a black and silver look instead of black and grey.

Sand the back of your HTC EVO 4G LTE to reveal what's underneath

for the record, i would never do anything like this. i would be too freaked out that it would be ruined or something.

Well with a case on I don't care what the difference is. But I do admit they should have gone with the rubberized look all the way.
