Manual camera mode?

Does anyone know if there is a manual camera mode for the Note 4 ? Is it a feature you can download or is there an app that can do this to the phones?

Not on the stock one, at least. There are apps like CameraZoom FX and Camera 360 that do offer some degree of control, but only on the 'normal' stuff like exposure or ISO, but no manual focus or exposure time.
