You sound like a Blackberry convert, like me, lol. The only way I've found out to lock the phone like a BB is to set the lock preference to immediately and then you hold down the power button.

Yes, coming from a Tour. I like to lock my phone when I set it down. I'll look for an app to do it.

Probably dont need an app. Like Eric said, you can just go to settings >> Security >> Lock phone after.
Then just set it for Immediately. And once your screen turns off it will be locked. You will then need to use your password to use the phone.
