MAPS! WHY?

Hey, thought I'd throw this out here.

Been having an issue with Google maps, I live in the US and have recently had an issue with Google maps app showing all my distances in km. Navigation shows miles, but if I look something up on maps it tells me how far it is in km until I ask for directions.

Anyone have a solution?

Have you checked all the settings of the app? Tried clearing the data and cache of the app itself, and / or uninstalling / reinstalling?

All of the above. No settings for it and it has been this way through several clean flashes of new ROMS. Can't seem to figure this out.

maybe its something to do with your google sync settings?try to use maps b4 syncing and see if theres any change..
