Anyone notice a change to haptics after the update?

Has anyone tried using split screen after this update? I'm not having luck. First, I open two apps.

I'm not sure if this is pilot error or a bug. I've tried it with different apps that have worked in the past.

Just completed the download of the March update a few minutes ago on P6P.
Took two tries and about 30 minutes during drive home.

Update looking good. Fingerprint sensor very fast on all registered fingers. Adaptive brightness looks good so far.
Long press on homes screen shows recent wallpapers.

At a glance Weather app can now show weather or calendar

Just updated and now there are suggested widgets when I try to add a widget. Can't remember if I can turn this off. Any leads? I have the app suggestions turned off from the home preferences.

Since the update - and it looks like we're on 12L now - hotspot doesn't work. I get a message that says I need to subscribe with my provider (VZW) and it's included in my plan. Worked yesterday but not today.

I downloaded and install was good but Services and Settings is nowhere to be found to add the new battery widget?

on your home screen just long press the screen and on the pop up choose widgets and scroll down to Settings Services. the battery widget is there.

It's a server side update like many of Google things so even with March update it won't show up immediately. For example, installed 12L (March security update) on 6 Pro and the settings service widget isn't there.

I remember when I had tried the 12L beta, it took some time for the settings services to appear in the widgets. So not everyone will see it immediately, might take some time to show up.

I got the update but can't stand that even with all animations off in developer options (I've done that on every single Android phone I've had for over a decade), I now have stupid animations. Restarted and it made no difference. I fricking HATE animations! WTF would they force animations on those that don't want them?

I had to turn mine off again as well.

You can change that in the same screen that you change your wallpaper. Just scroll down.
