Marshmallow 6.0 For Verizon GS4?

Has anyone seen/heard anything reliable on whether the Verizon GS4 will be officially updated to Android 6.0 (Marshmallow)?
By official I mean via OTA or Kies.

Honestly, if someone wants 6.0, go buy a new phone. Samsung said before that marshmallow isn't stable on the S4. I'll take their word for it.

Honestly, someone simply asking the question, about a possible Marshmallow 6.0 update for the S4, does not mean that someone wants 6.0.
Someone's interest (mine) is in rooting the S4 in order to use a custom ROM, both of which could be wiped out later on if Samsung or Verizon were to issue further updates, such as 6.0.

I have the s6 but I would like to see the s4 get the update, I don't understand why it wouldn't get it if the 2015 moto g is getting it and it has similar specs to the s4

Maybe because it is a 2013 phone and it has a lot of features that new models does not, like air gestures, voice commands etc and would make difficult for Google/ Samsung to upgrade the S4 to Android 6.0 .- IMHO

Would be interesting to compare what the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Samsung Galaxy S5, S6 and S7 do not have from the Galaxy S4.

Nope. But there are a couple Lollipop TouchWiz based ROMS available, If you're rooted.

My SGS4 Verizon is running Android 5.01. Was updated in August 25, 2015

Lollipop pretty much broke my S4. I'd hate to see what MM would do.
